I spent twelve years building and running technical organizations inside enterprise software companies — support engineering, implementation, and partner enablement at LivePerson, Tenfold, and WP Engine.
Much of that work was conversational AI before most people called it that. My teams helped partners implement CTI voice and conversational messaging integrations across the leading CRMs — the enterprise version of what now answers the phone for a hardware store in Castries.
Then I moved home to Saint Lucia and found the gap. The tools I had spent twelve years deploying for enterprises were out of reach for most small businesses here — not because they wouldn't work, but because nobody had bothered to bring them down to size. That is what CosmicFlow AI exists to do.

Brendan's Smile Foundation
Co-Founder & Vice-Chair · April 2017 – present
My son Brendan died in February 2017. Two months later we founded Brendan's Smile Foundation.
The work is suicide prevention and anti-bullying: pushing schools and institutions to identify and treat mental illness in students, through education, public policy, and better crisis services. Brendan stood up for people who could not stand up for themselves. The foundation exists to keep doing that.
It has been quiet since COVID. I intend to restart it, and to begin suicide prevention work here in Saint Lucia. The need is the same everywhere, and this is home. Brendan was not Saint Lucian, but his Lucian family is here, and I believe he watches over us here too.
